“I moved to TSEP over ten years ago after working for a large corporation. Here I appreciate the fact that we always strive to implement the best technical solution. The strong technical understanding of my colleagues is a valuable support here. Concept work and documentation are not an end in themselves, but are used as appropriate.

“Every day in the Embedded Software Development department brings exciting and varied challenges. I work close to the hardware, developing applications and firmware for microcontrollers and designing FPGA logic. This has given me the opportunity to tackle a variety of technical challenges while constantly learning and growing.
